Kim has called St. Clair County home her entire life, where she has built a career rooted in both education and service. With over 20 years of experience as an educator and 8 years as a licensed real estate professional serving St. Clair, Macomb, and Sanilac counties, she is passionate about guiding clients through the home buying and selling process—especially first-time buyers. Kim values building strong client relationships and takes pride in supporting each family with honesty, care, and dedication.

Inspired by her family’s deep ties to real estate—her grandfather, Louis Jones, was a well-known local rea; estate agent—Kim developed a love for homeownership early on. She understands the importance of finding the right home and is dedicated to helping families make that dream a reality.

Beyond real estate, Kim has a lifelong passion for horses and farming. As an experienced equestrian and farm owner, she brings unique insight to clients searching for rural properties or small farms.

Family and community are at the heart of Kim’s life. Her husband has served the county for more than two decades, and together they’ve raised two children who attend local and state universities. With deep roots in the community, Kim is proud to help her neighbors achieve their homeownership dreams.
